What can they sue him for?
Replacing images they're leeching from his site?

well, technically
he knowingly changed the images for something that could cost the company thousands of pounds. So I'm sure they could get him for something.

One could also argue that unauthorised use of his items could harm his own business and severely limit his available bandwidth

But it's not deliberate is it?
There's a missing component on the Play site, which one particular(ly crap) browser is trying to do something smart to find and failing. The only reason he's getting this traffic is because Opera is sending it his way, not Play.

Good point.
But is it not the responsibility of Play to ensure that their content is sourced from the correct place, rather than through his site? I know nothing of the workings of Opera though, I'm just happy to talk to someone. :D
