Happened to my girlfriend on a night out a couple of years ago - she's now got pins and screws in her ankle. Fortunately her modelling career wasn't effected as she didn't have one

Once they get the better of you, it just gets worse. I've never done a catwalk but have performed on stage a bit. I found you either needed the confidence and attitude of Vlad the Impaler or just lots of booze.
But is probably drugs.

This is a normal post ummm nerves cause adrenalin which would numb the initial pain
she doesn't exactly look full of muscle and those shoes are stiletto platforms that are held on with some crappy straps so once she'd gone she's gone. I don´t think drugs had something to do with it... much
