This is a link post Port and Prejudice
A friend visits the Oxford University Conservatives to prove that they're just as down with the people as anyone else.

Edit: cut to 5:33 if you want instant awfulness.

They're supposed to be instantly hateful I'm assuming. I thought they seemed OK. Bufting? - what's that anyway?

This is a normal post Cuts are now so bad
that the Conservatives have had to choose between port and lightbulbs, and to be honest, I think they have made the correct choice.

This is a normal post TURN THE FUCKING LIGHTS ON
And er, what? I don't understand what's the point of this, other than some fairly basic reverse-snobbery. Ha ha, let's go laugh at the toffs.

This is a normal post you could make exactly the same video
at the other end of the wealth spectrum...

This is a normal post This is nothing...
the "instant awfulness" is people playing it up... We don't have "Matron" at Oxford...

OUCA are posh, elitist bastards (at one point while I've been here they were disaffiliated from both the university and the conservatives due to racist remarks), but this does nothing to show it.

Plus, I'll bet most people couldn't get a lot of that slang right... You'll notice the Londoner gets it, the rest generally don't, and I'd bet that this would be true in most groups.
