It does that for whichever country you try Japan, Africa, Worldwide, from that I would say yes, the US really does have the highest recorded figures

Hungerford, Dunblane and Cumbria.
A lot of the incidents in link above seem to be grievances with other pupils or teachers. The killing spree guys seem to go tooled with extra mags aiming for a top score and not worried who gets it.

Perfect example of what happens if you have guns lying about the place. Its nto like thig person went out and bought one....
