Indie Game the movie
Pretty amazing documentary following 3 developers of indie games. Quite a lot of social awkwardness there and a great portrait of how hard it is to land a publication hit. $10, no DRM, lots of formats.

I watched this recently
Too much Cinderella; it's all an emotional ride through the lives of these starving artists who's games go on to be mega-successful. Interesting in ways, but it was too focused on the drama when I was hoping for a bit more of a more thorough exploration of the world of indie-games.

Haven't even watched it but ^this^
The 'journey' always takes the front of these largely pointless montages, thus hopefully making it strike home with emotionally weak cunts. It's the X Factor theory.

I saw it a few weeks ago and it annoyed me.
A bunch of self-entitled twats.
I'm of an age when some of the most popular computer games of the time were independently created by some geek in their bedroom who didn't think that the world owed them fame and fortune.

I was glad to see Edmund McMillen finally get some success
I used to play a lot of his games on Newgrounds; he's been making great stuff for a long time.

I must say
I was looking forward to this, but this trailer put me right off. And these people have success with their games, so no drama there. Also very very very few indie game devs have any success. Trust, been there done that.
I'd give it a watch, but I'm dot paying ten quid for it, no chance.
