This is a link post A Dream of Spring NSFW

Occasional b3tan eds209 and our amazing team put this five minute short together over the weekend for the SciFi London 48 hour film challenge. Many thanks also to Jahled who took stills, including the one above :)

Marked NSFW due to childbirth and breastfeeding, which shouldn't really be NSFW as it's the most natural and beautiful thing in the world etc

Tho almost no click for saying childbirth is the most beautiful thing in the world- it isn't, I've seen it.

This is a normal post Impressive production
for a film basically made up on the spot, that wasn't bad

This is a normal post That were ace!
Delivers a sense of creeping discomfort in five minutes what many, many films fail to get near in ninety. And flip knows, I watch a shit-ton of supposedly scary films.

It was a bit David Cronenberg at times, but with polite, English accents.

This is a normal post Many thanks
I shall pass the Cronenberg comparison on to the director who will no doubt be thrilled :)

This is a normal post Fucking hell that's amazing!
I mean that's pretty good for a short film in any case, but in 48-hours?! That's astonishing. Excellent soundtrack as well

I did audio for one of the films as well, though I haven't been able to see the finished product yet (I had work on the Monday and they finished the editing after I'd left). Don't know if it's going to be up to the standard of that, but it was great fun to make (when I get a link, it'll be up here as well).

This is a normal post Impressive considering the time you had to make it, really good.
A friend of mine entered that competition your team's film is significantly better; the lighting, editing, direction, performance, great stuff.
