I'm heading out there in a week to see a concert.
So far, I can count to five and say words and phrases like thanks, pardon?, how's it going, no worries, sorry, two beers, bloody pussy, bollocks and oh fuck. I think I've got my bases covered.

Haha. Sorry.
I'm hesitant to trust my fellow B3tans occasionally. I shall ask for one of these. Personally looking forward to a night at On The Rocks (rock club opposite the station) followed by a meat pie from one of the Grillis.

If a b3tan has the opportunity
to make another say 'Throbbing cock' or something similar to a perplexed food vendor, They take it. And damn the consequences.

I'm off to Flow festival in August.
I went last year too and it was ace. Bloody expensive but ace.

Yes, super expensive.
Save on expensive beer by knocking back plenty of Minttu before heading out. It's ruinous stuff, but something in me favours that to bankruptcy. Kippis!

The Finnish language is about as bonkers as the people.
But the counting system (if a bit heavy on syllables) seems to make sense... unlike the French, who get from 1 to 69 pretty sensibly then start losing the plot with 70 soixante-dix (sixty-ten) and 71 (sixty-eleven). Then just when you think sanity might return when you get to 80, you discover 80 is 'four-tewnties'. That gets even more bizarre when you get to 90 (four twenties-ten) and finishing with 99 (four-twenties-nineteen). Fortunately much of northern France and he younger generation are now using the more sane 'septante' 'octante' and 'nonante'.
