That's how ducks breed.
Quite interesting how ducks have evolved because of mating habits. The female has evolved a corkscrew-shaped vagina to cut down on being raped, and as a result the male ducks have developed corkscrew-shaped penises to try and mate.
Bet Darwin never thought of that one!
