I seem to remember an Inner City Unit release has a track on it called "Spetrum Programme" or somesuch. Apparently it was an actual computery thing and not just random noises, although I didn't have a Spectrum so I didn't get the chance to try it out.
EDIT: it was called "Hectic Electric 48K Spectrum Programme (Load It Don't Hold It)"
