The Buxton advert was beyond misleading.
I switched off when a non-ironic 'Four Yorksherman' style sketch started. (my child is better than yours etc.)

especially when you see him a kids show, when he started, and then he tried a political comedy slot on bbc4. He is very confusing.

He's one of my bestest comedians! Seen him live in Brighton a few times, reallly really funny guy!
Nothing can top the dad one liner jokes of Tim Vine for me though, he holds the record for the most jokes told in an hour but that's a different kinda comedy to Marcus (oh look first name terms!)

however, i find it slightly disarming that he has exactly the same sense of humour as my brother. except my brother has better delivery.
i find repeating his jokes in my brothers style makes it much funnier indeed.
