I liked robot wars it was an example of Darwinian evolution.
Series 1 was the first generation when you had many varied designs then some that worked best got copied and refined.
Though if you were to build a fighting robot, why the hell would you make it bi-pedal?

Those films made a thousand battle tech geeks cry out in pain...
I like the whole "vertical tank" concept but part of me keeps thinking it's just not that practical a way of dealing out destruction.
