Seeing adverts for Greggs
just makes me want to make my own steak bake.
Since lockdown started I can now make most of the things I used to get from a takeaway for 1/4th the price.
They taste better and I know what went into them too. No monohydroglycerides of fatty acids mixed with guar gum to save 0.2 pennies per unit...

It is
an easy way to get your brain addicted to crap food. Put in some artificial fat/salt/sugar combo that your brain finds as addictive as crack then add it to everything.
It is what McDonalds does.
And it is, in a strange and very wrong way, delicious.
