This is one of the minigames from a Wii title, Rhythm Heaven, except they've swapped out the original characters (you can see them in the first few seconds of the vid) for some anime types. I strongly urge anyone with a Wii and some friends to purchase a copy of this game - it's had me and my chums in stitches since I bought it.

I absolutely concur...
I was considering posting something like "This is exactly what I was waiting for", expecting humour to be derived from the improbability of this statement. However, now I see that it's basically a vid of a Wii version of my favourite Nintendo DS game then it turns out that this is precisely what I have, indeed, been waiting for.
Only it came out 3 months ago and nobody told me!
A highly recommended purchase.
