Quietly just interrupt with "from now on", in the manner of David Brent inserting "assistant TO the regional manager".
Don't make a big deal of it, just do it quietly, almost imperceptibly.
If anyone notices, point out that it means exactly the same thing, but with fewer syllables, and has the added bonus of not making you sound like a pretentious idiot.
