As a recent divorcee, it would be churlish to reveal what annoys me the most about my ex, apart from that unfortunate business with the crinkle-cut beetroot which tipped us over the edge. So, what winds you up about your significant other? If you have no partner, tell us about workmates. If you have no workmates, improvise with an annoying tramp

has an annoying habit of pluralising supermarket names e.g. "Tesco's", "Asda's" etc.
It's fooking "Tesco", "Asda", but "Morrison's". Aaargh.
Is it just me that gets wound up by this?
Just me then.

though.
Does she really pluralise with an apostrophe? Because that's just dumb.

in which case what she is saying is perfectly fine.

It's not pluralising, but implying ownership, hence Tesco's - The store is owned by Tesco, or Asda's - The store owned by Asda.
Oh and it would be either Morrisons for the name of the company and Morrisons' to imply ownership of the shop.
So, no, it doesn't annoy me in the slightest

Seems like I'm not the most pedantic one in the building then.
OK, the use of the word pluralising may have been misleading. However, the fact that she does this whilst speaking makes it difficult to tell exactly where she is putting her apostrophes, if indeed there are any at all.
