I too live in a back-to-back terrace, but at the front.The bins are normally kept round the back, so I have to go through next door's "garden" to retrieve mine. Some weeks, I found mine and everyone else's had all been moved to the front by a(n) unknown person(s) and moved round the back again after collection; other weeks, I found all the bins but mine were out the front, but once emptied the mysterious bin-shifter was only too happy to put it back again. There are five households involved, and I can't be arsed to play Sherlock Holmes as life's really too short.
