first time I drove to Penzance on my ownthere was a load of traffic on the way in. While sat in the jam, some hysterical woman driving the other way shrieked at me to call the police. I waited to see what the issue was.
Turns out that a bloke had got incredibly drunk and was staggering down the busy main road with his Union Jack boxer shorts round his ankles. This was at about 11am.
