I hitchiked around europe in 1995in every car and in every lorry cab I was a different person. I was a history book salesman on holiday, I was greek, I was a student, I was homeless, I lived just over there, and I was happy.
The exhileration was more than a breeze, it was a joyous turbulence. If you're ever at a loose end, I'd recommend it if you are confident in your ability to fight off rapists, which is what I had to do, too.
