I too know the pain of the overly sensitive nipples.
I have ultra sensitive manples. I find if the lady-person is rough with them or if they clamp on like a lamprey eel, then it's okay, but if they are gentle or light with them, it feels like a thousand needles trying to pierce the skin, from the inside.
