when editing an archived post;add an option to upload the image to $GENERIC_B3TA_FRIENDLY_SERVER,
and re-write the link. This means it'd be easy to
future-proof the archives; for many images will currently be on $RANDOM_USER_WEBSITE_THAT_MIGHT_DISAPPEAR

as abovethis is a deadly idea i'm fairly new to b3ta and a lot of images have been removed from the archives
