I did this at my old company, Schofield's in Norwich....

He was an idiot that held 92 meetings in two weeks while the MD was away, had delusions of adequacy, and spoke entirely in cliches. We also used to run a sweepstake on how long he'd take to interview (by which I mean talk about how important he was [in his Marks and Sparks shirts]). The ftter the girl, the bigger the tits, the longer the interview.
