And if you've had a spinal injury but wanna really get your point across, you abbreviate the less "impactful"(gag!) words and put the effort into the ones that MATTER. Sorry to have been so offensive with the abbreviation, but it works for me, without, far as I know, doing serious injury to the OBE or the "Queens's English,"innit.
