it meant 'ok ok' (said in an impatient and slightly annoyed way) as in, i get the idea, don't rush me. I've seen 'ok' abbreviated to 'k' which seems lazy to me, but I have accepted. I always assumed that 'kk' meant I had annoyed somebody!!
