'Products'
What products do I use? Soap. End of.
(, Wed 14 Apr 2010, 9:39, 24 replies)
Coffee machine at work
has a little screen to tell you what's going on. At the end of the cycle it says 'your product is ready'. Yum.
(, Wed 14 Apr 2010, 9:40, closed)
And what
could the product possibly be out of a coffee machine?

Oh yes, coffee.
(, Wed 14 Apr 2010, 9:42, closed)
Depends if it also offers hot water or hot milk as a product.
Just laziness really on behalf of the designers.

My coffee machine says "Thank you" when I make a coffee. "Thank you"???
(, Wed 14 Apr 2010, 9:44, closed)
well indeed
it could be hot water, tea, hot chocolate, or on a good day, soup. But I'd have preferred them to call it drink, not a product.
(, Wed 14 Apr 2010, 9:49, closed)
Really? Only soap?
No toilet paper or deodorant?
(, Wed 14 Apr 2010, 9:42, closed)
No
Just soap, for everything.

I mean 'products' being touted to mean moisturiser and all that other puffy shit that girls use. Not sure if deodrant or loo roll comes under the 'product' tag.
(, Wed 14 Apr 2010, 9:44, closed)
That's ok
Girls love a walnut face
(, Wed 14 Apr 2010, 9:49, closed)
well
at least my face will match my bollocks then.
(, Wed 14 Apr 2010, 9:50, closed)
hahahaha

(, Wed 14 Apr 2010, 9:51, closed)
Oh come on!
A product is the thing that is produced as a result of a process.

"Process" is enormously broad.
(, Wed 14 Apr 2010, 9:52, closed)
Oh I understand
The process of making nivea for men culminates in a produced product. But the product is and should be, called nivea for men. Not a 'product'.
(, Wed 14 Apr 2010, 9:54, closed)
hahah
What the hell is "Nivea for Men"? :D

Is it near "Kipling for People" and "Cow & Gate for Babies"? :D
(, Wed 14 Apr 2010, 9:57, closed)
But it is a product.
Just like it's a thing. And a cream. And by Nivea.

Etc.
(, Wed 14 Apr 2010, 9:58, closed)
true
but by that very definition, anything within reason is a product. I wouldn't go into a shop and ask for 'products' I would use their actual names. So if someone asks what products you use it could mean anything. My gripe is the word specifically relating to skincare and all that shit that I'm sure you see in heat magazine and such like.
(, Wed 14 Apr 2010, 10:01, closed)
Well I don't read Heat magazine so I wouldn't know.
I think that's the solution opportunity.
(, Wed 14 Apr 2010, 10:06, closed)
Ahem..
.erm.. Me neither.. ahem
(, Wed 14 Apr 2010, 10:07, closed)
Hey don't give me problem bricks, give me solution rockets

(, Wed 14 Apr 2010, 10:08, closed)
this is amazing

(, Wed 14 Apr 2010, 10:15, closed)
And we all know that bricks form walls
Rockets can fly over walls. And there is an "I" in team. It's the "eye" that we keep open for low hanging fruits.
(, Wed 14 Apr 2010, 10:18, closed)
this stuff is GOLD!
*takes notes*
(, Wed 14 Apr 2010, 10:37, closed)
Good luck in asking for Nivea for Men - it's not its actual name
Anyway, fuck skincare - what has skin ever done for us, eh?! :D
(, Wed 14 Apr 2010, 10:07, closed)
orly?
