My mates mum used it a lot.She was from N.Ireland but had lived here for over 30 years. Her other favourite phrase was, sweet mother, mary and joseph.....weird but I just used to find it quite quaint. I can imagine hearing every bloody day from mouth breathers would piss you off no end.
