Mrs V had dressed up in a giant animal costume to promote the charity she was working for.Anne Robinson went along to launch it or whatever.
AR said "Inside that costume is an incredibly pretty young woman, who ..." I dunno - worked really hard at ... wandering about in a stupid animal costume or something.
