PoetI used to write poetry at secondary school - and I was bloody good at it too. (No, I'm not gay by the way)
Anyhoo - I got bitter over 2 things:
1. A girl in my class got her brother to write hers for her once and it got pride of place over mine
2. I realised that poets are paid nothing and are, generally, wasters
I stopped about 3 seconds after that and I've written none since.
