This is a question The most childish thing you've done as an adult

Davros' Grandad confesses: On visiting my ex-wife's house, I wiped my bum on the toothbrush belonging to the bloke she ran off with. At least, I thought it was his toothbrush.

That's the sound that a lightsabre makes, obviously.

It was early in January 2000 (or whatever year it was that The Phantom Menace came out) and Toys'R'Us started selling Star Wars toys in bulk. At the time, I was living in university accommodation as a supervisor. Over the holidays, the undergrads'd be mainly at home, leaving the whole compex to me and the other supervisors.

Clearly, it was important that we buy lightsabres. And, equally clearly, it was important that they be put to use. So it was that I, my flatmate and a couple of friends spent a night running round an otherwise-deserted complex of shoddily-constructed student accommodation, fighting with illuminated children's toys.

And the best of it was that it was a foggy night, which meant that, in certain more far-flung parts of the campus, the only thing you could see was the lightsabre and whatever happened to be caught, ghostlily, in its coloured glow.

I like the story from filming
Where Ewen Mcgregor was so excited at having an actual lightsaber battle he flew round the set making the noises, only to be told by George lucas "it's OK, we'll put the sound in after".

Yes!
I bought a Darth Maul one and on my way home, bumped in to a lad my age from my estate. What's that then? He asks me. Well... It's a light sabre came my rather mumbled reply. Nice! He exclaims, come round ours, I got the green one earlier! One visit to the shop for batteries and we were set! Great fun, but took some explaining to his mum. We were 20.

At the grand age of 18...
My mates and I arranged a tournament to see who was best at wielding a lightsabre.
I came second out of twenty-one people, a fact I am still proud of today. I was also the object of envy as I had darth Maul's double-ended (oo-er!) lightsabre.
I seem to remember we were all given names based on original jedis/siths with an alcoholic twist e.g. I was Quite-gone on gin and tonic. Much alcohol was consumed at the time ^_^
