This is a question The most childish thing you've done as an adult

Davros' Grandad confesses: On visiting my ex-wife's house, I wiped my bum on the toothbrush belonging to the bloke she ran off with. At least, I thought it was his toothbrush.

I bought an Amiga 1200
Of course I am sure many b3tans did the same thing. Thing is though, I bought this one about a month ago. I have found one Zipstik steel shaft joystick and need to find another before taking the whole caboodle down to the folks for Christmas 2009. Festivities will be conducted to Sensible World of Soccer, Frontier Elite II, Supercars II, Alien Breed, etc, etc.

I could have bought an emulator but I think we all know it just wouldn't have been the same.

I bought a CD32 recently
And attached a floppy drive to play A1200 games too. It was a great little machine for its day.

Shadow of the Beast 2?
Christmas Lemmings? Great Giana Sisters?

It's not really the same unless all your disks are copied off someone else though.

I have a huge amount of Amiga discs and was too bothered about losing all my old Dpaint work on them, and have been fretting about getting the data off. I considered getting a Catweasal floppy controller, but then found this! eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=22596
If you have two floppy drives in your PC you can read Amiga discs with just software!

Apologies for sad technical post.

Don't forget
Speedball and Speedball II. Keep drawing until you have all the top players and then Smash the league up.

Ahh, good times.

I can relate...
I spent last weekend playing Robocop on a newly acquired Atari 1040STe and am trying to find a cable to connect it to the phillips CM8833-II monitor that I was given....

Oh, and I am looking to pick up an Acorn Archimedes, or ideally an A3000 with original monitor and stand to play Elite on the best system...

I only recently sold off the Game Gear, the Atari Jaguar, The Dreamcast and the Gameboys (original, olour and Advance)...I stil have the Sega Saturn and the N64, though. God, I'm sad...
