Smoking Pot/Weed
Im not a regular smoker of weed, but have tried it when its gone around. I remember the first time, I was actually scared. With everyone talking about the high and being stoned. I was like. OMG! This is like the next level above alcohol!

Well is it craps like!! Its crap!! Ive gotten high on weed, and i just felt light headed for a while. Tried a blow back. Felt like crap after doing that and a bit sick and dizzy. Then just sat there and couldnt be arsed to speak for an hour whilst I was monged out.

Now as for alochol!! Whe heeeeeey! Party time! Ive done stupid things on alochol! Danced like a crazy mofo, pulled girls, laughed, socialised and had tonnes of stories to tell the day after.

Why is weed illegal?? Its shit!! It doesnt do anything! I cant understand people who are hooked on it and want to get stoned all the time? Its crap! Give me a beer any day!

It's rubbish! Completely anti-social. Imagine a wedding where there was weed given out instead of Champagne and booze... There's be no dancing or nostalgic stories, or ribald humour, or getting off with the bridesmaids, there'd just be every family member sitting around in corners monged out and worrying about who was talking about them.

The buffet would have to be fucking massive though.

But not being able to understand why people like it? Ridiculous. I'd think it was pretty obvious that it's different for other people. It makes you feel good, otherwise no-one would do it. And comparing it to alcohol is completely ridiculous.

But I have tried a reasonable range. And like the O/P all it done for me was make me feel a bit monged. Kind of uncomfortable *I'm not particularly in control* , drowsy, sore throat and eyes monged.

There was once or twice when I couldn't stop laughing, and me and my mates came up with some rather hilarious banter, but that was like once in ten times.

And sometimes I would even get sore teeth or sore head and feel really awful. Pah!

I agree, plus if they legalise weed they can (will) slap ridiculous taxes on it like they do fags and booze. Hopefully then, they'd reduce taxes in other areas...oh no, wait, I'm dreaming, thieving Treasury. They'd just spend it on things the country doesn't need.

i used to
have a regular habit, for around 3 years until it caused an anxiety attack and i cut down dramatically, now two years later i've decided to stop bunning completely, i realised it just makes me feel rough, along with fags, so they went out the window too. So i get what you mean

It is allowed to both. Even at the same time, you know. It would be ridiculous having weed at a wedding, although it would be pretty fun all the same, but when you want to chill out with a few close friends in the evening and have a chat, and listen to some really good music (which you will find absolutely sensational when you're stoned), then alcohol would be exactly the wrong drug.

Also, I can get caned and not feel like death the next morning. And no-one could accuse alcohol of being mind expanding. I like it, and all, but it's not my drug of choice.
