This is a question Common

Freddy Woo writes, "My wife thinks calling the front room a lounge is common. Worse, a friend of hers recently admonished her daughter for calling a toilet, a toilet. Lavatory darling. It's lavatory."

My own mother refused to let me use the word 'oblong' instead of 'rectangle'. Which is just odd, to be honest.

What stuff do you think is common?

Oh dear
The smell of sanctimony is quite nauseating... Enjoy the feeling of superiority while it lasts.

For the record, our grandmothers prolly smoked like fucking chimneys right through pregnancy and conception and birth. Yes, we had birth defects and miscarriages as we still do. Boo fucking hoo and big fucking deal.

I'm here, you're here (worse luck). The quest for virtuous perfection is ultimately pointless and rather snide - a way of demarcating the good from the bad and prolly the poor from the affluent as well.

Firstly
Wow, that was some cuntish reply.

Secondly, our grandmothers did not know what we know today. Which is that smoking while pregnant is extreamly fucking selfish, irrisponsable and dangerous. If a woman cant even give up cancer sticks for 9 months while carrying her child, she should have the right to reproduce immediatly withdrawn. Punch in the throat optional.

Hmm...
Whilst I'm not ever going to find myself in that situation, I'm able (like the majority of people here) to appreciate how horrible that must have been.

I'm not going to say anything harsh to you, as there are several psychological conditions characterized by an inability to empathise.
You should probably think before you post something so unnecessarily unpleasant after such a sad original post though.

Someday I hope you have to go through
the pain of loosing a much wanted child.

Our grandmothers also had Smallpox, TB and a whole host of other diseases to contend with. Doesn't mean that it's ok though is it.

You sir/madam are a cunt of the highest order and I truly hope that no child has to have suffer having a cockend like you as a parent.
