Familiarity breeds contempt.
Viewed with fresh eyes, it's bloody brilliant (although it went on well last the point when it should have been cancelled).
Similarly, it's ready to forget that Dad's Army was very funny. 'Allo 'Allo hasn't agreed to well, though.
