In my caseit revolves around two seasons of managing resources and budgets and tactics.
Then I get bored, set up another manager (Dummy McSpend, I name him) at a rich club, then sell him one of my crap players for all of his budget.
And that is how Southend United end up winning the premier league year in year out.
NB: This may only work on Football Manager 2010.
