The Conservative party is not racist, needless to say as it is England's Majority party, UKIP is not racist (Farage's wife is German, Marta Andreason is an Argentine), and the LibDem right wing is damn well not racist(though it is gay).
The European right and Anglosphere right is not racist. Fascism has about as much to do with conservatism and libertarianism as being an Anarcho-communist does. Fascism is defined as a radical authoritarian nationalist ideology. Already in the first two words it has contradicted the aims of the right, and in the third the aims of capitalism.
Every fascist movement in history has grown out of the left and got most of its support from working class anti-globalization left wingers.
There was a poll a while back. 80% of BNP supporters come from a Labour voting background.
