Yes, you absolutely have to. It's fab. I got mr b3th to buy it for me last xmas, and I just sat and drooled over it for about a month before it made it onto my shelf.
Thery said it was the whole, entire, last collection of B5 stuff, no more ever to be made "as long as Richard Biggs and Andreas Katsulas insist on remaining dead" and then last month I saw they brought out a new DVD of Babylon 5 Lost Tales or some such wank.
Still going to buy that one, though...
