Fears and Phobias
I'll level with you. I'm really freaked out by loose buttons. I'm fine while they're doing their job, but once they're free the evil bastards are a major threat to my life. Tell us what spooks you, and how you cope. Also: church bells, doner kebab salads, death.

Having said this, I overcame my fear once on lsd, where I was totaly transfixed by these colourful orbs
that did not seem to obey common laws of gravity, I grasped at one and played with the magical object, before discovering in horror what it was. My drug fueled mind told me I had to do something about my fear, so I began to squeeze it in and out in time to some awful phsytrance I had found myself stuck listening to, and eventually popped the fucker. I am less scared of them now

LSD is being seriously suggested as a treatment for PTSD
on the basis that it disrupts the way the brain processes memories, and thereby gives it a chance to get out of its rut. Or something like that.
Maybe.
Oh, I don't know.

I treat PTSD in soldiers by creeping up behind them and popping balloons.
