used to have jam on toast, with spaghetti on top. My daughter had chocolate spread and ham sandwiches.

You'd be surprised but that actually works as a combination.
And I've eaten jam and cheese sandwiches all my life, I thought that was a well known combination. Don't tell me no one else eats peanut butter and banana sandwiches?
