An aquaintance once drank 2 litres of tomato juice in an evening and then was first in the queue at the docs the following morning panicking about the red liquid poo

I regularly drink a few pints and a bottle of wine a day, so I regularly feel like shit in the morning, the first few times this happened I thought I'd really fucked my system.
Also try: Liquorice for dark poo and red wine for, oddly, green poo -- port makes it even more green.
Oh, and Berrocca makes your piss look like Mountain Dew.

I fed my 18month old son beetroot the other day... Interesting nappy change.
And re berocca, if you drink berocca then take a piss in a toilet that has those blue "anti junkie" lights, it looks like God's highlighter pen is drawing a line from your knob to the look. It's like a penis lightsabre. Awesome!!!
