This is a question Gyms

Getting fit should come with a health warning, warns PJM. "In my pursuit of the body beautiful, I've broken three exercise bikes and two running machines, concussed myself and, most distressingly, bruised my testicles." And he's yet to try and get out of his contract...

I must be one of the few people who goes to the gym just for myself. Just do the 1 hour session 3 times a week and actually work at it without worrying about anyone else but yourself and you'll be ripped in less than a year. The big muscular steriod taking meat heads are nothing to worry about and are easily stared down and there are no hot women as I wouldn't fuck 99.99% of the women in a gym using someone elses cock.

It hurts no matter what age you are or how fat you are because exercise hurts, it's called effort and hard work which is alien to some people, just suck it in. Also when you're sweating huge amounts because you're so unfit please wipe it off the equipment and keep it clean as people who go more than twice in thier life don't want whatever germs you have.

Thank you.

I don't want to be "ripped."
It sounds painful and vaguely sexual. Also what gym do you go to where there isn't some jumped up little twat trying to organise a "fitness plan" for you?

And for the record, I swim. It excercises quite a lot of me without further damaging the bits with metal in. It has also never hurt- not once.

Getting ripped is the same as commiting yourself to THE NATION OF SWOLE. Getting sexual is the last this I'd do with so many nasty sweaty people around me, it's like going to a nightclub with the lights on and no drink. The exercise plan crap I ignore and just pay for an hour with a personal trainer once a month who knows what they're talking about.

Oddly I've got a fair bit of metal work as well my right leg is screwed together in a few places and I just do everything but run incase it comes unscrewed.

Just like to point out. That the amount of sweat you produce
doesn't relate to your physical fitness.

Either way people can clean it off equipment when done with it. I don't really care where and how it occurs but I do care a great deal about catching skin infections especially when gyms provide paper towels for exactly that task.
