Post apocalyptic Britain?Well, I imagine that on the lawless streets, the forces of order would have broken down as the broken spirit of what was once suburbia picks a living around the burned out wrecks of cars and ever present threat of violence.
Mass transport would have crumbled to the point where it had effectively ceased to function, the prices for fuel and the basic necessities for living would go through the roof.
We would be reduced to the point of serfdom, ruled by a malignant and amoral dictatorship hell bent on preventing anarchy by turning us into a police state too.
