The beauty of that vibrator adis that the description does not actually contradict the intended use at all. So it's not an alternative use, it's disguising the real use with generalisations (with a few teasing hints like "penetrating" thrown in).
It almost makes me wish society was generally more prudish so there would be more ingenius hidden-messagery like this.
