I saw in a supermarket featuring a photo of Ainsley Harriot holding a 4 tined item of cutlery in his hand. Underneath the photo it said "Prick with a fork".
When I was at school we had a rather large and rather oldish lady ( Well when you are only 12 years old, 50+ is old ) trying to teach us ballroom dancing. She used to stress how important it was that us boys should "Pivot on the balls of your feet, not the heels, the balls remember, NOT the heels!" So imagine the scene, there we all are, 11 and 12 year olds trying to dance the waltz or whatever with shy little girls and this big old lady shouting at us, "Right boys, pivot on your balls!"
