what has made me happy is spending time with roommate on sunday and everything seemed just fine, brought on hopes of not having to move
what has pissed me off is finding out said roommate has been talking shit about me and the other roommate, so will now begin looking for a place to live

It seems like every few weeks, something happens, then things are cool again, then something else happens.

Would a house meeting to discuss what everyone is happy with, and what annoys everyone, not be useful?
