My old man went to see Brokeback Mountain after I got him and my mum tickets.
He hates going to the cinema and he if of an age whereby he views all things 'gay' with disgust.

I told him it was a western, he loves westerns. He saw a couple of cowboys on the picture advertising the film and was quite happy to go.

He called me a cunt after the film.

Still, my mum enjoyed it.

So she gets words wrong too. Hence her telling my mum about the nursery for 'mongrel children' that had opened up the road. We eventually worked out she meant kids with downs.
