(, Wed 5 Jan 2011, 20:54, Reply)
It's a Greek recipe :)
I can TOTALLY gaz it to you if you like?
(, Wed 5 Jan 2011, 20:56, Reply)
Yes please!

(, Wed 5 Jan 2011, 20:57, Reply)
I had to wait six months to get the recipe. *laughs*

(, Wed 5 Jan 2011, 20:58, Reply)
Yeah, but...I'm pandering
did you pander?
(, Wed 5 Jan 2011, 20:59, Reply)
She knows I love her.
I don't need to.
(, Wed 5 Jan 2011, 21:03, Reply)
True
and my gazbox is empty :( perhaps I need to pander some more after she's had her dinner.
(, Wed 5 Jan 2011, 21:07, Reply)
Well after a few weeks if it's still empty I can send it to you. *grins*
It's quite simple really.

Mmm Mattessons!
The red onion jam sounds fantastic.
(, Wed 5 Jan 2011, 20:53, Reply)
It is bloody delicious*
and it's also a piece of piss to make. If you're nice to me I might bring you a jar at the next bash you come to.

*so much so that I may have been eating it out of the jar with a teaspoon

I'm liking that.
My Onions are dead dead DEAD due to the frost.

I need to learn how to grow red onions.
(, Wed 5 Jan 2011, 20:56, Reply)
How is it different to growing brown onions?
do you not just wang 'em in the ground and wait? Come to think of it, it's entirely possible that my strawberries are utterly fucked for the same reason. This would make me sad :(
(, Wed 5 Jan 2011, 20:58, Reply)
Reds are more sensitive
And need more acidic soil.

Oops - amatuer gardener cover blown...
(, Wed 5 Jan 2011, 21:01, Reply)
Aw, shame
anything that can't be grown by sticking it in the ground and waiting is best avoided by me. I did manage to grow a pumpkin plant this summer that was about 8 feet square though.
I also have Iggy Pop in my head now.
(, Wed 5 Jan 2011, 21:04, Reply)
Lost on the Iggy Pop reference
I grow lots of good herbs and they're all dead.
(, Wed 5 Jan 2011, 21:11, Reply)
I'm worth a million in prizes
is a lyric from 'Lust for Life' - one of Iggy's finer tunes.
(, Wed 5 Jan 2011, 21:19, Reply)
Oh yeah.
That's why it's there.

Thought you were trying to reference Iggy to veg growing shenanigans.

Edit - that's been my sig for a good few days now. All my sigs are lyrics.
(, Wed 5 Jan 2011, 21:21, Reply)
Yes, most of mine are too
I noticed it the other day and it stuck in my head then, too.
(, Wed 5 Jan 2011, 21:25, Reply)
Don't recognise "hips like cinderalla"
Thats from?

OK - not really into Pixies
Sorry. I like Debaser, and the other stuff that gets played on 6, but I've never got round to them.
(, Wed 5 Jan 2011, 21:35, Reply)
Shame
Doolittle is one of my favourite albums.
