You take a round loaf, take off the top and hollow it output a steak in
put a mix of chopped shallot and mushroom and herbs on that
put another steak in
put the top back on and wrap the whole thing up
put it under heavy weight overnight to compress it.
DiT made one and posted pics on his FB and now I want one.
