You'll be interested to know
that Uxbridge has been hit pretty hard by the recession and is even more shit than it used to be. Woolies has been downgraded to a Poundstretcher and there are abandoned shop spaces everywhere.

It's like walking around the apocalypse.

Edit: I'm choosing to ignore the insinuation that I earn less than ten pounds a day.

i know, i dealt with the transfer/termination of some of the woolies leases, not only there but in about 10 other places. some were more desirable than others!

Saw a quality resident today
dark brown terry cloth tracksuit, jet black poorly dyed hair, and self applied fake tan, which gave her a nicely dappled effect desirable in skewbald horses.

I haven't seen the whistler in ages. I think he may have been a victim of the credit crunch.
