Surely there's no causal relation there, purely coincidental?
From a survival of your genes point of view, you could argue that having 'nicer' legs (possibly leaner, more athletic) would help you more than having bigger breasts. Or maybe you could argue that a man might subconsciously associate bigger breasts with higher fertility.
