To answer the question:I actually like hosting house bashez. It's fun having a bunch of people invade your home over a weekend, and a bit more of a chance to talk to people rather than trying to mingle properly at pub ones if there's a lot of people there.
Not that I don't enjoy pub ones either.

^thisI wouldn't hold them if I wasn't comfortable with the people turning up and the odd one that I don't know will be kept in check by the others.
