Nice one mate, sounds lush
I quite agree about Torres, I think you'll struggle to hang on to him at the end of the season unless you somehow manage to bag 4th place but he'll go to Italy rather than another Premiership team

I doubt he will, his style of play would be fuck all use in Serie A

He won't go back to Spain unless it's to play for Atletico again
and I believe that he wouldn't play for another Premiership club.

Although he might change his mind on either point if you're right and he can't cut it in Italy. He'd do well at Inter, fucking anyone could do well with that sort of service.

I'd be amazed if he'd even try Italy
Italian play just isn't suited to strong pacy forwards who like to get in behind and make runs from deep. But, yeah, granted you're right about Inter.

You make a good point, in fairness
Better strikers than Torres have tried it and failed. If he does go to Inter we'll have Milito, thanks very much

He's committed himself, and I know he's dedicated. Plus, he's hitting form again.
If we don't get Suarez during this transfer window (unlikely) than we're going to get him in the summer. The two of them, if they work well together, could be really fucking dangerous going forward.

I think you're being ambitious there mate
but I agree the timing of the bid is rubbish, this is the first time this season he hasn't looked like a move would do him good
(, Fri 28 Jan 2011, 9:10, Reply)
I dunno, there's more than one source saying he wants to join us, and is arguing with Ajax over it.

I meant about Torres staying to form a partnership

I'm not sure, I'd say we'll have to see.
He's not showing frustration yet, and has stuck in. Come end of season, it could be entirely different. I'm confident he'll still be there come summer.

If the alternative is seeing him at Chelsea I hope so
but I'd rather not have him in the Premiership as we should be back up there next season
